Beyond The Court is a catalyst for growth, confidence, and possibility. It’s where student athletes—especially young women—step into their power, not just as competitors but as creators, leaders, and changemakers. Through sport, we open the door; through mentorship, access, and creative exploration, we lead them through it.
This initiative celebrates the full arc of the athlete's journey. From team huddles to boardrooms, from early dreams to realized impact, we provide a network of guidance and opportunity. By integrating business, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and creative expression, we equip student athletes with tools to thrive in life’s most dynamic arenas.
At its core, Beyond The Court believes in the brilliance of female potential—and that when athletes are connected to community, resources, and transformative experiences, they begin to envision legacies far bigger than wins and losses. We build spaces where they not only perform at the highest levels—but where they are inspired to dream beyond the finish line.
This is where access meets ambition, and every athlete finds her path to becoming who she’s truly meant to be.

PAST SPEAKERS
We proudly launched this initiative with a dynamic speaker series in 2025, featuring trailblazers and industry leaders whose journeys model what it means to grow beyond the game. These conversations sparked connection, vision, and belief—laying the foundation for a network where athletes feel seen, inspired, and equipped for what comes next.

We Hosted Our First Beyond The Court: Breakfast Club

What an inspiring start to the summer! On June 7th, we kicked off our first Beyond the Court: Breakfast Club morning for the "This Girl, Uninterrupted: Summer Wellness Edition," and it was a resounding success!
Our community came together over a delicious pancake bar breakfast (catered by Birdie's) for a vital Sunrise Chat on self-care and happiness. The wisdom shared by our incredible speakers, Susan Gordon and Holly Brown truly resonated, offering valuable insights to fuel our 2025 aspirations.
A huge thank you to Bryson Hagen Education Consultancy for their invaluable sponsorship, which made this event possible. And a special shout-out to our student-athlete facilitators, Peyton Fu-Sarosa and Bella Jansen-Olliges, whose efforts ensured a seamless and engaging morning for everyone.
This event truly embodied the BTC mission: bridging access, exposure, and connection to inspiring women and empowering the next generation of female change-makers and leaders. It's about unlocking possibility and shaping paths both on and off the court.
